Your information, in plain English.

No 4,000 word document written by a robot. Here's exactly what we collect, why, and what we do with it.

The short version

We collect as little as possible.

We don't sell your information. We don't send you anything you didn't ask for.

What we collect. Only what you send us: your name, email, phone number and whatever you tell us about your business when you get in touch. If you become a client, we also hold the things needed to do the work, like access to your accounts and the files for your project.

Why we collect it. To reply to you, to quote, and to do the work. That's it.

Who else sees it. The services we use to run the business: email and file storage (Google Workspace), website hosting (Cloudflare), and the advertising and social platforms we manage on your behalf. Each holds your information under its own terms. We don't sell or trade your details to anyone.

Where AI fits in. We use AI tools to help with drafting, scheduling and reporting. A person reviews everything before it goes out, and no automated system makes decisions about you. We don't feed your private business information into public AI tools.

Cookies and tracking. This site doesn't use tracking cookies or analytics. If that changes, this page changes first, and we'll ask before anything follows you around the internet.

How long we keep it. Enquiries are kept while we're talking and for a reasonable time after. Client records are kept as long as the law requires for tax and business records, then deleted.

Your choices. You can ask to see what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we'll sort it out. If you're not happy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
